Here’s how to make it: Ingredients: Shredded cabbage Shredded carrot Thinly sliced apple 1 tbsp Bok Cho balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp avocado oil A squeeze of lemon juice A pinch of salt and pepper One spoon of Perilla Leaf Seeds Just toss everything together and enjoy! No sugar, no heavy dressing—just raw, vibrant, fermented goodness.
